Children communicate within their environments by understanding the words of others, sharing their needs and desires, speaking clearly, participating in play, and following social rules. Our approach is to use the power of naturalistic/play tasks to increase each child's communicative competence.

Occupational Therapy

A child's occuaption includes playing, learning, and performing daily living tasks, like eating and dressing. We believe in using play and movement in sensory-rich environments to facilitate a child's success in these areas in a fun and enjoyable way.

is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  She has completed training in the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing (LiPS) Program for Reading, Spelling, and Speech, and serves on the Autism Coalition of NV (ACON) Taskforce Finance Subcommittee.
